World Book Day 2019

World Book Day at Ravensfield Primary School! What a buzz!
The children will be doing work around a book called ‘Bee and Me’ by Alison Jay and on World Book Day the whole school dressed up as bees. We hope to create a real buzz about reading!
Please remember that reading is almost the single most important thing your child will learn Good readers make good writers, good mathematicians and eloquent speakers. It is recommended that children read for around 20 mins every day. Thank you for all you do to help your son/daughter read.
The theme of our World Book Day assembly was 'Dreams' with Mike Clegg and Diane Modahl.
