The news this week
Thank you to all those who were able to attend our assembly this week.
We are very proud of our certificate winners again this week. Certificates were given for lots of things including working hard, caring for others, being kind and helpful and never giving up.
Educational Visit
Our Year 6 pupils have visited Liverpool's Maritime Museum this week as part of their studies of the Titanic. Not only did they enjoy it but they gained a greater insight into life on board and the disaster itself.
PSCOs
Our pupil PSCOs have been on duty again this week. Thank you to everyone for parking safely.
Visitors
We Welcomed 2 head teachers and 3 specialist leaders of education to work alongside our staff on Thursday. We wanted to see how we can make our curriculum even better. We looked at children's books and spoke to our pupils about their learning. The head teachers report that our children are polite, courteous, articulate and knowledgeable. History was a particular 'stand out subject'. Perhaps your son/daughter is one of our budding historians?
