Nativities

Thank you to parents, staff and of course pupils for all the hard work which went into all our nativity plays. Nursery, Reception and Key Stage 1 children sang and acted their hearts out. Than k you to all those parents, carers, family and friends who were able to come along and watch. Thanks you too for your kind comments about the quality of the performances. I know the children loved performing for you.

Christingle

I must tell you all how incredibly moved I was by the children at this year's Christingle service. Their behaviour in the church was superb, their singing was beautiful and the drama club pupils who read were fantastic. Myself and many other members of staff were moved to tears. It was a wonderful, wonderful event.

Dancing

A huge congratulations has to go to our Year 2 dancers who came first in the dance festival at Copley on 11th December. We are all so proud and not just because they came first but also for the amount of effort and high standards of behaviour at the event.

Parents Evening

It was lovely to meet so many parents at parents evening. Our Chair of Governors was there on Wednesday night so thank you to parents/carers for all the positive feedback you gave us.

Ofsted summary brochure

Following our Ofsted inspection in September, our Ofsted summary brochure is now available. This brochure contains exactly the same information as you would have received in the Ofsted letter, but we feel it's a nicer way of presenting the information which clearly put the children at the heart of all we do. You should have been able to pick one up at Parents evening but if you didn't get one or would like a second copy, please contact school and we will make sure you have one.
