Dear Parent/Carer,

Please be aware:

Today, when walking to school two of our Y6 children have been upset.  There were two white men parked up in a white medium sized van with their coats pulled up to their nose and hats on. The children could not see their faces. The driver started pointing at the y6 children and the other man started to record them on his phone. This took place on King Street at the junction with Pickford Lane.

The children involved are now safe and in school

School has contacted the police who have just visited school in person and are now following lines of enquiry. I will talk to all the children about being safe and what to do if they have a worry. If parents have any concerns please contact the police and also let school know.
