We will now look at the the vicious Vikings in order to discover why they came to England, how they lived and what made them so fearsome?
Homework: Homework will be sent out every Thursday and is expected to be returned each Tuesday (or earlier). Homework returned on time will earn children 5 You’ve Been Spotteds and 10 house points. Children that do not return homework on time will complete it during break times until it is complete. Homework will consist of times tables practise and spellings practise. Children will also be expected to read at home daily – can you please make sure reading records are dated and signed each time you read at home. All homework must be completed neatly, to the same standard as work in school.
PE: This half term, PE will take place on Tuesday afternoons. Children will need to bring their PE kit to school on a Monday and take it home on a Friday.
