Geometry

In class 9, during our first week back, we have been looking at 3d shapes.  We have identified nets, discussed faces, edges and vertices.
At the end of our topic, we invited parents in to see our homework.  We had live science experiments, erupting volcanos and incredible models such as of eyes, the solar system and potions.
Year 5 visited Magna science museum to start our science topic.  Here, we saw fire volcanoes! We also took part in a science workshop and made our own paint and explosions.
